ACADIAN GARDEN RESTORATION
This project was undertaken by students restor- ing the campus garden. Historically known kitchen plants, perennials, self-seeding annual herbs and flowers, trees, shrubs, and wild-col- lected plants, were planted. The project is tied into courses in the Anthropology discipline.
