Testing the PCounter machine:
Sometimes the machine says busy when someone tries to put money in. The following steps should set the system back to available. If not, restart the machine.
1. Click red x to get to the password window to access the system.
2. After typing in the password and getting into the system, choose the first menu item called "Station."
3. Next choose Vending Configuration.
4. Under External Accounting or Device Support (first option), click on the "Configure" icon.
5. A window will pop up. Click on the button labeled "Test."
6. Once you click the "Test" button, you should see first the words "test" then "Available credit = 0" in the box window.
7. If "Available credit = 0" appears, then the system should work. If busy shows up, you will need to restart the computer.
8. Once done, click ok on all windows to get back to the main screen.
9. Click the menu item called "Station" again.
10. Click on the "Run Pcounter Station" link to return to the patron login screen.
