2. Annual Report - An early plea was made for items for the annual report.
3. Work-study students - Stephanie provided an update on workstudy positions. Looks much better than last semester.
4. Weekends - Weekends were scheduled.
5. Meetings - There was a discussion of the best time for staff meetings. [Thursdays]
6. Lunch - Lunch times were discussed
7. Mail - Nicki explained the need to have a back-up for mail. It was decided we would rotate. Each staff selected a Day: Mon - Anne and Nicki, Tuesday- Nicki, Wednesday - Leslie, Thursday - Stephanie, and Friday - Nicki
8. VDT Training - Date announced (Anne was attending)
9. Cash Management - Date announced (Nicki and Stephanie were attending.)
10. Change - Discussion of the amount of change we have on hand. We decided to increase the amount of change in the change drawer. Nicki will right a Memo.
