Mail Schedule - Nicki
The workstudy students have been assigned the task of retrieving the mail each day.

Bell (or something) for front desk - Nicki
Nicki will purchase a desk bell that will be placed on the circulation desk when no one is available to be in the circ area.

Trash and boxes - Sharon
Sharon reported the loss of an important box. Just to make sure that no losses accidentally occur, we have agreed to break down the boxes that are to be sent to the trash, and important equipment and other things will be kept away from trash receptacles.

New student ids from lisa's office to ours before they pick them up - Sofia
Sofia and Nicki will talk to Scott Voisine and determine a process that will benefit both departments and make for a smooth system.

Laminator location - Stephanie
We agreed to leave the laminator where it was but to be more careful about making sure it is not left on. It was agreed that we would keep it unplugged except while in use.

Figuring out why IE on the ursus computers (esp. middle one) crashes when opening a pdf file. or fixing the problem - Sofia
It seems that this may happen often in all browsers, but it was suggested that F-Prot might be one of the culprits.

1. Connector Building - Sharon asked that we send comments about the floorplans to her by Friday the 31st of May.

2. Beginning June 2nd, the library will be open on Sundays from 1pm to 5pm. Leslie will do June 2nd, Sharon will do June 9th and Sofia will do the 16th. If the first weekend does not have a large enough number of students, subsequent Sundays may not be open.

3. The Savin and HP printer will be turned off during the summer months. Nicki will send email to everyone telling them to call in advance if they want some printing done.

4. Nicki will purchase a screen door for the back door Nicki and Anne's office.

5. Nicki will purchase CD's for the library. They will be used to burn information for staff and students who do not have access to a CD burner.

6. Leslie asked if the vacuum cleaner had been returned. Nicki informed us that it had been. Purchasing a new one is out of the question because the industrial type needed are too expensive.

7. Leslie and Sharon will be out of the office on May 28,2002. Sofia will leave to attend a concert, but will be in the rest of the day.

8. Camille and Terry are in the process of assembling shelving for the library. Sharon, Leslie and Sofia will then take care of the books that are returning to the library from the two storage areas.
