2. Sharon is also to remind Dick Bouchard about the painting of the exhibit area and the lamination on the short shelves.
3. Sharon is to speak to Robert Scott about whether or not the library should be closed for the Inauguration.
4. Staff discussed Robert Scott's assessment survey. Each staff member is to list ways she measures services and goods. Leslie will compile the list into one.
5. Sofia reported that there will be a juried art exhibit in the library on Inauguration evening.
6. The move will continue as planned. Circulation and Stephanie will begin moving on August 11. If the new door is not operable by start of school, and patrons are coming into the library via the computer classroom, staff felt that the library should not be open from 9 pm to 11 pm because of lack of staff.
7. Staff reported that shifting was completed upstairs.
8. Staff reported that the Century of Progress was being digitized.
Respectfully submitted,
Sharon Johnson

1. Sharon will send floorplans to Port City Authority (Andy). She will also ask for color chips for the laminate top of the circulation desk.
2. Sharon extends "kudos" to the group for such a fast move of the circ desk and stacks (L to N).
3. Corey, from UNET, will come in August to add ports.
4. The circulation area is scheduled to move the week of August 11th if all goes as planned.
5. Sharon will be out of the office on the 28th of July and August 20th.
6. Sharon explained that there will be flat panel monitors for the URSUS computers. This will provide a better "fit" in the new location. Peter will be contacted to see if there is one more available.
