I. Dave Hobbins GIS workshop: Sharon mentioned that it would be very important that all staff from the library attend and coverage from work-study students will be needed. Nicki did get numerous responses for this workshop.

II. It will be Sharon's weekend to work after Thanksgiving break, Dec. 1st, because of a change in Sharon's and/or Stephanie's schedule. Sharon would like to have Sarah working with her on Sunday afternoon from 1 to 5 pm and the library will be closed that night.

III. Stephanie mentioned that she had made an informational/training video, mainly about her expectations of the work to be done and how it should be done for the work-study students. The students can view the video here in the library. She is also planning on doing another video dealing with a tour of the library.

IV. Demo color printer in Sharon's office is hooked up. The professional staff that are using the color printer now (Jason, Scott, Don, etc) will be asked to experiment with this new machine and see how they like it and if it is worth keeping. We also need to be careful on what kind of paper to use, any coated paper will damaged the machine. See Nicki if you are not sure what paper to use and what not to use.

V. Reference station printing: Sofia and Stephanie have noticed that some students are using these stations to print their work to save money on their printing account. Sofia will look into what we can do to stop this kind of printing on the reference stations.

VI. Talked about:
- Video Display Terminal: It's important that we are comfortable working at our station, if not, it is our job to let our supervisor know and it is their duty to let Tamara know of the discomfort(s) we physically experience.
- Stephanie inquired about getting Norton Anti-Virus from the university to install on her computer at home. Sharon will look into it & let her know.
- Moving time-line for the library: the moving will begin on Dec. 16 with the moving of periodicals to the exhibit area and then the moving of the juvenile and young adult section to where the periodicals are now. In January and February, there will be breaking down and putting up shelving and shifting. In March, they will be bringing in the circ. desk and so on. (See Sofia for this moving plan.)
- Stephanie has her Circ. Head meeting on Dec. 6th.[Actually Nov. 6th (sofia)]
- Sharon will be out from December 19th and coming back on the 26th.
- We are planning on having our Xmas photo taken before Thanksgiving. In planning.

Leslie has the next agenda.
