2. Sharon will be taking vacation time in March, probably March 12-29.
3. Sofia has two sessions during week of January 5: E-reference on compressed video and a meeting with judges for the high school art exhibit. One bib session for second semester has already been scheduled.
4. Martin Luther King Day: Library will be closed as there are no classes.
5. Reserve fines: The consensus is that we do not waive fines that were acquired irresponsibly.
6. CD fines, overdues, DVD, videos: It is recommended that the late fines be increased to $1.00 per day and that the processing fee be $10. Stephanie, Sofia, and Sharon (SSS) will review loan rules.
7. Number of videos to checkout: This needs to be investigated. At present students could conceivably check out 50 DVD/VHS. SSS will investigate.
8. New books and old needed books: We need to check out the best way to keep these books in library when needed. Old (serial killers) might be KRES with FK 4 week loan rule. Anne will test "On Display". This needs working on.
9. American Democracy will be our next year's theme. We will look into plexiglas for the short shelves to cover the New York Times.
10. Sofia is to investigate better book display racks.
