I. Voice of the Poet series: It was decided that barcodes and labels will go on the containers and a label will also go on the booklet which will read "Accompanies...+ call # of the audio it accompanies.

II. DVDs: The original containers will have the barcodes and labels and containers will be out for patrons to view. The clear cases that we ordered will have the title of the movie with a label matching the original container. Stephanie will drill her workstudy students on the process of check-outs and check-ins.

III. One of Sofia's Novell multimedia station will be used for students to retrieve and save their work files from their U-drive to then transfer to their Saturn's H-drive. Nicki's computer can be a back-up if needed.

IV. PeopleSoft: Discussions on PeopleSoft's glitches and better clarification for our back-up system.

V. Parking: We might consider choosing/using other parking spaces around campus for the future because of a parking crisis that we might have when the semester starts. It was suggested that spaces are/might be available behind Cyr Hall and the Sports Center.

VI. Pcounter: No money will be given out to new students. We are allowed to transfer money from Novell Pcounter to Saturn Pcounter by charging the amount that the patron has in his Novell acct. and then "depositing" the money in the Saturn acct.

VII. PCAnywhere: Will be installed on Sofia's comp. so night staff can use it when necessary and not have to run to Nicki's comp. to enter transaction.

VIII. Student Conduct Codes for computers use: Need to revise the contract for community patron under 18 years of age.

IX. Reference issue: Lunch hours will be as follows so there'll be someone at the ref. desk:

Leslie 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (If she misses lunch she'll go at 1:30)
Anne & Sofia 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
