Sofia will take care of doing signs indicating when & where money can be put on student accounts for pcounter.
II. Selling paper clips: The library will not be selling paper clips to patrons. The staff feels that when a student asks for one, there is no problem giving them one.
III. Archives: Sharon is thinking of volunteering some of her time to the archives in order to better serve the public when the archives staff is not there. They might be getting someone to work for the summer but it is not definite as of today. Sharon will ask the archives staff to change their hours because of the flow of people that are coming in on Fridays.
IV. Lunches: The staff has started taking 1/2 hour lunches instead of 1 hour lunches for the summer, except for Sofia who will be taking 1 hour lunch. Leslie might also do the same.
V. Annual report: We need to have our sections turned in to Leslie for June 3rd.
