Christmas break - closed Saturday December 24 through Monday January 2. Reopen Tuesday January 3.
2. Augusta Library wants to charge Blake Library account for 25% of Asita=s workstudy allocation. This seems to be the rule. Sharon will authorize it.
3. Lilia=s iMac is ready to go to Web Services. Their Dell PC will be redone for the microfilm station. The new microfilm machine is being delivered Wednesday morning. Circ staff will train first, then train others.
4. Sharon is working Tuesday night for Sofia. Sofia will work Thursday night with Deb. Sharon will be out Thursday after 3:30 pm and all day Friday. Sofia will be out at 2:30 on Friday. Leslie will take her half day from the weekend at some point - maybe Monday morning?
5. Sharon will request keys for Deb.
6. Nicki will ask IT to begin monitoring the Reference printer for Pcounter because the Multimedia computer is used by our workstudy students when they work alone and they need to print their own materials.
7. Nicki will make a new card with home phone numbers for snow days.
8. There is a computer in the library lab that needs to be reghosted. It does not have deep freeze and has crashed. Nicki will tell IT.
9. Library hours - we will try cloing at 10 pm instead of 11 pm. We will open until nine on Fridays starting in January.
10. Nicki will ask Romeo how to best recharge the ibook batteries. We may need spare batteries and/or a charger.
